This device will not disappoint. It's a high quality product, which was a great surprise considering some of the other poorly made devices in this sector. It does EXACTLY what it promises and does it well. On the box it says "Simple, But Not Easy" and that is the truth. I don't know how well it's targeting the other areas it mentions (chest, arms, back), but there's no doubt about it hitting the abdominal area...HARD. I highly recommend this product!

The product showed up at my door a day sooner than expected. It is a hard exercise to perform but yet fun. You really have to make sure you are doing it right otherwise you will be hurting all over! Personally, I could do without the resistance/assistance built in spring. You do have to be careful about exactly where you start and end your range of motion to not run into the end of the spring. That being said, the construction seems good and I couldn't find any other Ab wheel out there that had the split tread design that allows for rolling out and to the sides as well as straight forward.

Rolls great on a hardwood floor and I can roll out to my sides on about a 30 degree angle away from center without feeling at all unstable or that the tread will slip on the hardwood.

I would say if you want a cheap Ab roller there are plenty of options out there, but if you want something solid, and especially if you want to work on your sides, then this is a great option. I've only been using it for a few days, but it seems sturdy enough. Will update if I have any issues.
