Kiddopotamus Snuzzler Complete Head and Body Support

I was able to take my little one out in the running stroller at 7 weeks using the Snuzzler. I stuck to smooth bike paths until she was about 4 months, but her little head didn't budge when she was laying on this thing. In fact, I think she slept better in the running stroller w/ the Snuzzler than at home! The two sides are convenient b/c you can just flip it over depending on the kind of weather you're having: fleece side to keep her warm and the other to keep her cool when it's already warm out. By 4 months, she didn't need it in the car seat or swing anymore, but it still seems comfy for her in the running stroller even now at 5 months.

We live in Florida. It's almost July. Our newborn loves this thing. She is currently happier in her carseat with the snuzzler than anywhere. On one side is a cozy fleece--which would be great for cool weather, but not what we need. The reverse is a navy fabric, and it's plenty cozy. It supports her head, so her head is always upright, even on long tripsand it gently supports her back and arms. I rate this as a "must-have".

We registered for this item after reading the good reviews. Our friend purchased it for us for our baby shower and to our dismay, when it arrived, it was not the product that is advertised on this site. In the pictures, it shows Kiddopotomos in the logo. When it arrived, it doesn't have any logo and the tag says Made in China. It is suspect if this seller is selling counterfeight products. It is 100% polyester the back side is fabric polyester and the other side is terry cloth (like a towel, and it snags just like a towel on the velcro that connects the head portion to the body portion). In the other reviews, other people state that one side is soft and cuddly! This is not the case! The stitching on the top of the product where the head goes is also very uneven and is poor quality. I regret putting this item on our registry and since it was a gift, it has been a nightmare to deal with BabyHaven (Seller) Customer Service.

When we contacted customer service to let them know that this product is not what is being advertised, they stated that Amazon chose the pictures and not them. They also stated that they no longer sell the Kiddopotomos version since Summer Infant purchased the brand. (IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN DON't ADVERTISE IT THIS WAY, REMOVE THE MISLEADING PICTURES!) The Summer Infant version of this product is very cheap looking and does not look as nice and cuddly as what is being advertised. After we contacted the Seller and made all our complaints, we noticed that they dropped the price from $19 to $11 to reflect the poor quality and it matches the pricing of other Summer Infant Snuzzlers, not the Kiddopotomos snuzzler. Customer service did say they will give us a store credit for BabyHaven products for $11.35... It is super annoying becuase we want the nice Kiddopotomos Snuzzler in the pictures and not $11.35 in credit where we have to be dealing with the horrible customer service of Baby Haven again. BUYERS BEWARE!

My son was born 3 weeks early, and was on the small side @ 6lbs 18oz. This enveloped him very well, even the nurses thought it was a great product and should be required for all new babies. I love the material, and its ease of use.

The Kiddopotamus & Co Snuzzler works better as a body support. My baby really seems to be comfy in it. However, when it comes to the head ... my baby is only 4 months old and his head has already started to lie against the rims of the head support. Since you can only adjust the height of the head part but not the width, I don't see how this product can be used for toddlers as well, according to the product's description. If I were to buy this product all over again, I think I would go for something else.
